These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and benihtoto ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://benihtoto.cam and all related services offered thereon.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the benihtoto platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and close your account. Continued use after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account opened by a Player on the benihtoto platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by benihtoto before processing withdrawals.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player via approved payment methods and held in the Player's Account.
• "Services" means all products, features, games, betting markets, and tools offered through the benihtoto platform.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bet placement, bet settlement, or bonus credit/debit recorded on a Player's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in each applicable promotion's terms.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all benihtoto Account balances and transactions are denominated.

To register and maintain an account on the benihtoto platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using benihtoto's services in any capacity.
• You are registering voluntarily and for personal, recreational purposes only — not on behalf of a third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, where your participation would cause benihtoto to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of benihtoto or its affiliated companies.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended benihtoto Account. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, or payment method is permitted.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian NRIC (MyKad) number or passport number, and a valid contact email address.

You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of funds.

4.1 KYC Documentation

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any point thereafter at benihtoto's discretion, you will be required to complete identity verification by submitting the following:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Malaysian NRIC (MyKad, front and back), or a valid passport photo page.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months, clearly showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Verification that the payment method used for deposits is owned by you (e.g., a screenshot of your e-wallet profile matching your registered name).

benihtoto reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of a request may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality and, ultimately, account closure.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes). You agree to notify benihtoto immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. benihtoto will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

benihtoto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, and approved cryptocurrency wallets (BTC, USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: RM10 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Account immediately upon successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.
• benihtoto does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the exchange rate prevailing at the exact moment the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

5.3 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. Where this is not possible, alternative verification procedures apply.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 11:59 PM MYT are typically processed within the same business day. E-wallet withdrawals are generally credited within 5–30 minutes of processing. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if KYC verification is incomplete, if wagering requirements on active bonuses remain outstanding, or if the account is under investigation.
• benihtoto reserves the right to implement enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding RM5,000 per transaction.

All bets placed on the benihtoto platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type. These rules are accessible within the respective product section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. benihtoto does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after placement, except where expressly permitted by specific event rules (e.g., match abandonment or event postponement policies).
• In the event of a clear pricing or software error resulting in an obviously incorrect odd or payout, benihtoto reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• Maximum payout limits per event or per day may apply. Limits are displayed in the betting interface and may be adjusted for specific events or markets at benihtoto's discretion.
• Live betting (in-play) markets may be suspended at any time without notice to manage risk during fast-moving events. Bets already placed and confirmed prior to suspension will stand.
• Mix Parlay bets are subject to minimum and maximum selection limits as displayed on the platform. The settlement of Mix Parlay bets follows standard Malaysian football betting conventions.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot titles are independently audited and displayed in the respective game information pages.

benihtoto offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, refer-a-friend programmes, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus is subject to a specific wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement), which must be completed before any portion of the bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unmet wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited at expiry.
• benihtoto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion or bonus at any time, with reasonable notice where feasible.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or exploiting software vulnerabilities to claim bonuses — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, or IP address.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the benihtoto platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or exploiting inside information in sports betting markets.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or to process proceeds of criminal conduct.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software for financial gain.
• Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy services, or other tools designed to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing benihtoto staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with benihtoto.

All content on the benihtoto platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, and data — is the exclusive property of benihtoto or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from benihtoto.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, benihtoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the platform or any inability to access the platform.

benihtoto's aggregate liability to any Player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

benihtoto does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance and emergency downtime may occur and will be communicated where practicable. benihtoto accepts no liability for losses arising from service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

benihtoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months. Accounts inactive for 12+ months may be subject to an inactivity fee of RM10 per month, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
• At benihtoto's discretion, where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the platform's commercial interests or regulatory obligations.

Upon permanent account closure, any verified Real Money Funds balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method or an agreed alternative. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon closure for cause.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed under the Responsible Gambling Policy.

benihtoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides the following tools and resources to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Account.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, or week.
• Session Time Reminders: Optional notifications alerting players to the duration of their current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary (minimum 6 months) or permanent exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the chosen period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session pop-ups displaying net win/loss information.

Your personal data is used to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with KYC/AML obligations, personalise your platform experience, and communicate important service updates. benihtoto does not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

benihtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the platform's notification system or by email to the address on record, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the benihtoto platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure.

The version of the Terms in force at the time a dispute arises shall govern that dispute. The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which benihtoto holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

Malaysian users acknowledge that access to and use of the benihtoto platform is their voluntary choice and that they are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations pertaining to online gambling in Malaysia.
